Replacement Parts

Each piece of equipment from Midway Machine Technologies has a maintenance manual that includes all the part numbers for the fabricated parts, and part numbers for the brand name purchased parts. Fabricated replacement parts from Midway Machine Technologies have to meet high quality standards through strict material and tight tolerance checks. We draw, dimension and tolerance each part used on your equipment so you can be assured that the parts being fabricated are correct.

Drawings for fabricated replacement parts can easily be e-mailed or faxed to you for verification. Delivery on fabricated replacement parts can vary. Typical lead time is two weeks, but same day or next day delivery can be achieved through parts in stock or through a hot job turnaround. Brand name replacement parts for your equipment can be reordered through Midway Machine Technologies or a part number and manufacturer can be used from the maintenance manual to order your own.

Reverse Engineering

Current parts and components may require improvements to the design if the equipment or part has experienced failure or there is a need to speed up or improve the process. Midway engineers have extensive experience developing improved designs in new, rebuilt, and existing equipment. We can identify and rectify machine processes that are resulting in premature failure or high maintenance.

There may be opportunity to incorporate improvements in function and life expectancy through reverse engineering. We can often achieve process improvements to meet the demanding and increasing requirements of daily production, from a minor refinement to a total overhaul.

Design Improvement

Reverse engineering is often required to replace worn or failed parts that are no longer available from the original manufacturer or delayed due to unacceptable lead times. Our reverse engineering service determines dimensions, material and tolerances for exact replication or an improved replacement. Customers can archive AutoCAD or Solidworks part drawings in our system for future reference.

American and International Standards

Midway serves as an international and domestic supplier.

As such we are accustomed to working in metric, British, and American standards for engineering and building parts and equipment. Customer requests are readily accommodated.

Materials available in metric and American dimensions include steel, fasteners, bearings, seals, reducers, electric motors, actuators and many other items.
